Oceana Studios is an award-winning movie distribution and production company based in Dubai.
Founded by film distribution executive, director, writer and producer Danny Sawaf, Oceana Studios has worked with world-class writers, award-winning directors, Oscar-nominated and Golden Globe-winning actors and producers to create and release films that resonate with audiences on a global scale.

Teddy Schwarzman serves as President & CEO of Black Bear Pictures, and oversees all operations of the company, including development, production, finance and strategic planning.

Schwarzman also sits on the Board of the Pacific Council on International Policy and the Cedars-Sinai Board of Governors. Schwarzman earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania and a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Duke University School of Law, where he sits on the Board of Visitors.
