Josh Ruben is a 5-time Webby award winning actor, writer, and director best known for being a writer/director/cast member on CollegeHumor. Josh recently directed Netflix action/comedy series, "The Green Beret's Guide To Surviving: The Apocalypse" executive produced by Matt Damon & Peter Berg. He’s also directed sketches for "The Late Late Show" with James Corden and a ton of commercials.

Josh was selected to participate in the 2018 Just for Laughs New Faces Creators panel and is listed in Paste Magazine’s “The 15 Best You Made It Weird Episodes” referencing a 2-hour podcast interview where Josh and Pete Holmes (HBO's Crashing) do ridiculous impressions, warranting its own Thanksgiving re-release on Nerdist. Josh was the subject of Splitsider articles “Josh Ruben Should Be a Snapchat Superstar" and the other singing praises of his short film, FREDDY DERRYL ("Like Fargo, Freddy Derryl boasts a quiet, inimitable indigenousness that could’ve only come to hilarious fruition in these sets of hands.").

Josh has appeared in "Adam Devine’s House Party” on Comedy Central, Go90's "Thanksgiving" opposite Amy Sedaris, and independent films "What Children Do" as well as the upcoming "Greener Grass" based on the award-winning short film.

Josh is one of the founding producers of The Woodstock Comedy Festival, a non-profit event in his home town of Woodstock, New York, which donates proceeds to the fight against domestic violence and human trafficking.
